Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise site installations for telecommunication and electrical systems.
- Ensure that all works comply with design specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct quality control inspections and prepare progress and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to resolve site-level issues efficiently.
- Monitor resource usage and maintain accurate site documentation for materials and equipment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in site supervision or infrastructure project management.
- Knowledge of project management tools and technical drawings interpretation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in occupational safety or site management is an added advantage.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Project Manager and works in close coordination with the Technical and Safety teams.
Working Conditions:
Work is field-based and may involve travel to multiple project sites. The candidate should be comfortable working outdoors and managing on-site teams under varying weather conditions and tight deadlines.
