Android Developer (Kotlin)

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement Clean Architecture with MVVM pattern and dependency injection (Hilt/Koin).
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket connections.
• Write unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to define features.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Experience with Room, Retrofit, and Navigation Component.
• Understanding of Material Design guidelines and accessibility.
• Published apps on Google Play Store are a plus.

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Mobile Engineering Lead and works closely with the Backend and Design teams.

Working Conditions

Hybrid role with flexible hours. Team uses Slack, Jira, and GitHub for collaboration.
